Assembly pictures of Chicago's 2000-2002 Pierce Dash Ladders

Producing a replica of this beautiful rig that is small enough to take home, is a painstaking process. Over 18 months, each of the hundreds of intricately detailed parts are designed, cast or fabricated, painted, decorated, and trimmed...then organized in small bins, ready for assembly. There is no substitute for the laborious tasks that each of the 35 skilled men and women perform. It is a sight to see as each team member patiently adheres each part to another, consistently analyzing the end result. As you scroll down the assembly pictures, take notice of the parts on each workstation and you will gain a greater appreciation for the process. And don't forget to add this classic workhorse to your Chicago collection.

    Pierce Perfection!

Posted by Drew N. on 2nd Sep 2021

Wow! These Chicago Pierce ladder trucks are a perfect replica! I love the duplicate station patch decals on Truck 48 and the ladder is crisp and realistic looking. Fantastic job on this one! If you have other Chicago Fire replicas or the Code 3 Chicago pierce ladders in 1/64 scale, these look nice together!
