Worth the Wait!
Like many of us, I was pleased to see that Fire Replicas planned to release one of the TWH projects that didn't get done before they closed their doors. This model is very striking in its bright lime color, and really stands out in my collection. It is a great companion to the Rosenbauer and another model not to be missed.

Fantastic
I had to buy the MDFR Engine 3 Rosenbauer after seeing the real apparatus at FDIC and buying the standard livery engine as part of the two part deal then became an "obvious". When I started to look at the MDFR Pierce Velocity PUC Engine 7 it wasn't long before that model that I just had to have, and am I glad that I did so. The model of Miami Dade Fire Rescue Engine 7, a Pierce Velocity PUC engine is incredible, it really is outstanding. The detail and crisp attention to detail is the finest that the fire model industry has seen to date. An incredible model, totally incredible.

Incredible
After adding the two MDFR Rosenbauer Commander models from Fire Replicas to my collection I decided to take advantage of a holiday promotion and added the Pierce Velocity PUC as well. And I am so pleased that I did. This is another incredible model from Fire Replicas with the same fantastic level of detail and quality of build as the Commander's and also the FDNY 150th anniversary Ferrara which was my first purchase. The Velocity is a stunning model that captures and design and lines of the real apparatus perfectly and for anyone who already has one, or both of the MDFD Commanders it is an ideal companion piece.

Quality and Authenticity: 1/50 scale Miami-Dade Engine 7 (Pierce Velocity)
I ordered and received a copy of Fire Replica's model of Miami-Dade's Engine 7, a Pierce Velocity with a rescue body and PUC fire pump. The model arrived in perfect condition. Great attention had obviously been given to ship the model well protected. The details are all sharp and faithful; the colors match the original perfectly (or at least the photos I've seen.) I've acquired a number of fire apparatus models in this scale (1:50) over the years, and this has to be the finest specimen.

I was hesitant to buy this model due to the price (thanks to the foreign exchange rate) but I must say in this case I certainly got what I paid for. Top workmanship, an absolute quality model. Certainly one I'm proud to have on display and one Fire Replicas should be proud of too. Only thing missing is the crew!

Fire Replicas Miami Dade Pierce Velocity PUC
I have been waiting a long time for this model (TWH). I am not disappointed at all. Awesome model! Fire Replicas did an amazing job. The details are spectacular. I thought this might be my last expensive model, but it will not be my last Fire Replicas. The marker lights, so tiny. It looks like I am looking at the real 1:1 actual truck. Unpacking the model was easy. I followed the directions with no problem. I can't pass by the model on the shelf, without taking some moments looking at it. So glad I purchased it!
