    Amazing!!!

I was 11 years old the first time I saw this rig flying down Lefferts Boulevard in Queens, the Summer of 1985. I was the firehouse Buff, and friendly with a number of the members. A few of whom I'm still friendly with all these years later. I remember clearly stopping by on a Sunday afternoon when a retired member of the Company was applying the gold leaf letters and numbers, along with the pinstriping. This model does that gold leafing job, along with every other aspect of the actual rig, an amazing amount of Justice. I'm incredibly happy with the model, as I am to see some now well known Queens companies thrown in the mix. Can't wait to see what FR cooks up next. PS, every rig since 1979 has been gold leafed.
