Jerry Howard's "Big Red" is the second release in the Howard Trucking series of museum grade scale models. Big Red is faithfully reproduced in 1:50 scale and hand-crafted using over 400 intricately detailed parts. From the stainless steel cab steps and window trim to the fuzzy dice inside the cab, Big Red is authentic and precise. Production is limited to 250 units and includes a fully-custom display case to protect and preserve the unit.

Big Red, Jerry Howard's 1956 Autocar DC-75T is comprised of hundreds of intricately detailed parts. Stainless steel is the main material for all the fine details including window trim, antennas, mudflaps, various logos, grab bars, stirrup steps and much more. A team of 35 skilled craftsmen and women patiently trim, glue and assembly every component...some so small that a razor-sharp tweezers is required for handling. Syringes are used to apply a minute amount of glue behind each incredibly fine part. Patience, keen eyesight and a very steady hand are the tools of the trade in each hand-crafted Fire Replicas model. Enjoy your walk alongside the assembly lines of Big Red.

Jerry Howard's "Big Red" scale model is a museum grade replica of a 1956 Autocar DC-75T. Like all Fire Replicas models, every detail is modeled to perfection and with razor sharp precision. The replica features authentic custom accessories and graphics, leaving no detail overlooked. The display case is custom manufactured with high quality acrylic and resin. The stainless steel etched plate features the truck name, and Autocar logo. This replica is a treasure to be displayed and admired and is in no way a toy.
