Each of the 468 individually designed, cast or fabricated parts is hand-assembled using tweezers, glue-filled syringes, and a steady hand. Materials are chosen to replicate each feature accurately and include stainless steel, high-def resin, brass, wire, rubber and other composites.

This is where museum grade began. This TDA required countless hours of design, proofing, and improvements before its release over 18 months later. To date, it is Fire Replicas only West Coast tiller.

Truck 41 measures 14.5"L x 2.5"W x 3"T and is securely displayed inside a custom case. The case dimensions are 18"L x 6"W x 5.25"T and the platform includes an etched stainless steel nameplate with the Kern County seal, department and truck name.

The Kern County Fire Department Truck 41 100' Tiller not only compliments the TWH Kern County pumpers already in many collections, but showcases the elegance of the Pierce Quantum 100' Tiller in it's own light. Worth the wait!
This is my second Fire Replicas purchase, and just like the PGFD Courage pumper it has exceeded my expectations. fire replicas amazing again with the kern tiller
I received my Kern County tiller and I was amazed at the extreme detail that went into this truck. It is as close to perfection as you can get. I am a firefighter from Western PA with a large fire truck model collection from Franklin Mint, Code 3, Code 3 diamond plate, First Gear, Corgi, highway 61, twh and signature series and Fire Replicas are more exact than any of the others. If you purchase this model you will be delighted and be hooked on the quality.
