After 16 months of development, these parts are assembled by a team of 35 skilled men and women over a 3-week period. The preceding development work includes photography, 3D Design, 3D printed prototypes, tooling models and masters and finally, decorated prototypes. Every part in the replica is designed, fabricated or cast, painted and decorated before assembly can begin. The result is an incredibly impressive, precisely authentic replica of the real FDNY Seagrave Squads serving New York City.
