This Detroit Squad 2 scale model is a museum grade replica of the HME Heavy Rescue Squad. Like all Fire Replicas models, every detail is modeled to perfection and with razor sharp precision. The replica features the specific department configuration and graphics, leaving no detail overlooked. The display case is custom manufactured with high quality acrylic and resin. The stainless steel etched plate features the department and truck name, and department seal. This replica is a treasure to be displayed and admired and is in no way a toy.

    Great job by Fire Replicas. Being a Detroit fan, they can do no wrong with anything Detroit. I started off with Heavy Rescue Squad 2. Excellent model setting the stage for me to purchase the entire collection.

    This model looks incredible next to my Detroit rear mount and Pumper. The three are all detailed beautifully, but the unique short wheelbase rescue makes it stand out in my collection. Worth every penny!

    The Detroit Fire Department HME Heavy Rescue Squad 2 model is my 23rd Fire Replica’s purchase, and as has always been the case, I’m extremely pleased, and impressed with the model. At FDIC, Indianapolis in 2018 I was able to see the real apparatus. In fact an HME sales representative kindly helped me get the photo that Nic has featured on his web site by even asking other attendee’s to “stand back a few seconds while this guy gets some photos, he’s come all the way from the United Kingdom”. Having seen the real Squad 2 I can attest to the incredible detail and accuracy that Fire Replica’s have captured in the model. 10 out of 10 from me for sure.
