The replica measures 8"L x 2.5"W x 3"T and is securely displayed inside a custom case. The case dimensions are 12"L x 6"W x 5.25"T and the platform includes an etched stainless steel nameplate with the Columbus seal, department and truck name.
Rescue Company decal sheet included.
Each Columbus Heavy Rescue includes a water slide decal sheet to allow for full Rescue Company customization. Customer applied decal locations include bumper corners, crew and rear doors, body sides, front brow and station patches.

About the Columbus Division of Fire
The Columbus Division of Fire is responsible for assuring the efficient and effective deployment of firefighting and emergency resources to the City of Columbus. In 2012, the Columbus Division of Fire was awarded for the second time accredited status by the Commission of Fire Accreditation International through the Center of Public Safety Excellence.
The mission is simple, to serve the City of Columbus by preventing emergencies through education and inspection. The goal is to minimize injury, death and property destruction due to fire, natural disaster and other emergencies while providing timely and effective emergency medical services. Currently, the Division of Fire responds to over 150,000 calls per year within 399 square miles.
Additional services provided to the community include resources such as fire inspections, fire and explosives investigations, fire prevention education, hazardous materials and technical rescue response. The Division’s community involvement extends beyond those emergent services to include partnerships that distribute coats and toys for kids, youth development, and public CPR training.

Columbus R 17, Sutphen Heavy Rescue
I ordered his replica with the decals for R 17 already applied. The decals were obviously applied with great care & attention to placement. The larger decals really add an element of enhanced appreciation to the model. However, it was the smaller: "17" decals on the front bumper corner bevels that impressed me the most. I grew up down the street from Firehall 17 in Vancouver, B.C. So, I really like to collect diecast models with the designation of: "17". I'm really pleased with this one. Sutphens are very cool!

Greetings, As a retired RN-Paramedic I've had over 40 years around real Fire Apparatus & Rescues. As a modeler of Firetrucks and related vehicles for over 55 years; I have an appreciation for Fire replicas respect for our industry and attention to scale details. As the proud owner of 18 Fire Replicas (and more on the way) I've enjoyed watching the growth in the detail & quality of these "models." From the early FDNY TL (which were outstanding in their own right) to the latest CFD Sutphen Heavy Rescue...things have only gotten better. (as if one could imagine) The minute scale of the antenna, to the crystal clear emergency lights to the driver side shore line connections, to the open officers dash mounted laptop....every time I look at the model I see something new and I'm further impressed. One could almost expect to slide open a roll up door to remove cribbing materials, heavy hydraulics and proceed w/an extrication. Being able to customize w/the individual station/rig graphics is a nice touch as well. Once again Fire Replicas has hit a home run, producing a great museum quality replica of an outstanding piece of equipment - Thanks.
